The villa has 350 square meters of surface, has a very large garden, has two swimming pools.

There are 4 double bedrooms, a 1 single room, 2 bathrooms, 1 full shower room and a 1 toilet.
There are two floors.
On the top floor is located:
- the two-level salon with a chimney and a view of the beach of Altafuya;
- the main bedroom from which you can go out onto the terrace and admire the sea;
- dressing room
- the bathroom with a shower and a jacuzzi and a toilet (there is also a bidet)
- the double bedroom;
- the small bedroom where you can accommodate 2 guests, better children or teenagers;
- the toilet with a washbasin
- the independent kitchen.
There is a terrace with sea views wich you can l get out of the living room also out of two bedrooms and out of the kitchen.

The rooms of the ground floor have grids so small children couldn't access to the pool on their own without the supervision of an adult. All spaces are adopted for people with reduced mobility.

The villa has two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. The adult pool has a shower.
The house is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV. The villa is located only 300 meters from the beach but the direct step is the forest path and down the rocks.
To go to the beach better use the car.
Children welcome. Pets are allowed, such as cats and dogs weighing less than 4 kilos.
